Hari ni hari pertama aku nak mula kan latihan menyusu pada Adik. Sementara dok pk nak letak Adik kat mana (babysitter or tglkan je dgn maid yg muda nih) baik aku buat latihan menyusu ni. So, nanti takde la Adik nak susahkan sesiapa.
Aku bgn pepagi hari ni.Actually tak bgn pun sbb aku blum tido. So dlm pukul 5.30am, pi mandi. Siap2 mcm nak p keje. Siapkan baju Ayah. Then mandikan Adik. Aku mandikan dia pepagi spy dia dpt breastfeed directly from the mother’s breast. Then, aku tgk jam. K, sbb ni hari pertama latihan, so only one feed with EBM for today.
This one feed continues for three days. The next 3 days, will be two times feed with EBM. The other 3 days, 3 times feed with EBM. The last 3 days with 4 times feed with EBM. Thats the rough timetable. To make sure Adik can recognise the bootle insted her mother’s breast. The feeding session occur only when I go to work. At night she will be feed directly.
Back to the practice. Adik had her 1st feed. Tapi npk mcm tak berjaya sket. Tak tau la sbb Su yg bg ke. Tak abis2 susu dlm botol tu. Then after a few mins, aku tgk susu tu tak abis2 gak, aku ambil Adik dari Su. Feed her with the bottle (finish!!) n also directly. Aiyoo…peningla camni..Takpe2. Baru 1st day of practice. Gambate ne Adik!! Chaiyok!!
So, tgk la esok camner. Tapi yang paling buat aku pening ialah Adik tak tido mlm. Waaa… Adik, Ibu dah nak mula kerja dah..Jgn la camni… Serius aku pening. Tah camner la nak mula kerja nanti….
